Manage Tokens

Add, view, and manage custom tokens in your Cave wallet.

Default Tokens

Cave automatically shows:

• GNOT - Native Gno.land token
• Popular GRC20 tokens

Adding Custom Tokens

Step 1: Open Token Manager

Go to Settings → Manage Tokens or click the + button on the main screen.

Step 2: Add Token

Enter token details:

Contract Address: g1token_contract_address...
Symbol: TOKEN
Decimals: 6

Step 3: Confirm

The token will now appear in your asset list.

Viewing Token Details

Click any token to see:

• Current balance
• USD value (if available)
• Token contract address
• Recent transactions

Hiding Tokens

Don't want to see a token?

1. Go to Settings → Manage Tokens
2. Toggle off tokens you want to hide
3. Hidden tokens still exist in your wallet

Token Types

GNOT

Native token of Gno.land. Used for:

• Transaction fees
• Staking
• Governance

GRC20 Tokens

Standard fungible tokens on Gno.land:

• Similar to ERC20 on Ethereum
• Each has unique contract address
• May have different decimals

GRC721 (NFTs)

Non-fungible tokens. See NFT Support.

Troubleshooting

Token Not Showing Balance

1. Verify contract address is correct
2. Check you're on the right network
3. Confirm decimals are correct
4. Try removing and re-adding

Wrong Token Balance

• Decimals might be incorrect
• Try removing and adding with correct decimals
